Welcome to Renegade Motherhood LLC. By accessing or using this website, services, or purchasing products and event tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.

1. General Terms

• Renegade Motherhood LLC provides coaching, networking events, digital products, and related services. All offerings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically for updates.

2. Memberships: Renegade Motherhood All Access

​

A. Pricing and Fees

• Memberships are subscription-based and include access to select digital and live offerings as specified at the time of purchase.

• Membership benefits may change over time, and Renegade Motherhood LLC reserves the right to adjust offerings, pricing, and terms.

• Membership fees are non-refundable, and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

B. Membership Platform

• Renegade Motherhood All Access is hosted and managed on the Mighty Networks platform. By joining the membership, you agree to Mighty Networks’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Renegade Motherhood LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or disruptions caused by the Mighty Networks platform.

• Access to membership content and features is contingent on the availability and functionality of the Mighty Networks platform.

• Members are required to create a Mighty Networks account to access membership features and events. Failure to maintain an active account may result in loss of access to membership benefits.

C. Event Access

• Renegade Motherhood All Access members receive free access to eligible events included in their membership.

• Membership does not automatically reserve a spot at events. Members must register for each event they wish to attend.

• Registration is required and does not guarantee entry. Event spaces are limited, and tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Memberships: Live Access 12 Month Pass Terms

A. Pass Validity

• The Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

B. Event Access

• The Pass provides access to monthly live networking events, typically held in the morning.

• Pass holders may attend multiple events per month if they are held at different locations.

• If more than one event is held at the same location in the same month, the Pass allows free entry to one event only. Attendance at additional events at the same location requires the purchase of a General Admission ticket.

C. Event Registration

• Pass holders must register for each event they wish to attend.

• Registration does not guarantee entry. Event spaces are limited, and tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis.

D. Exclusions

• The Pass does not include access to workshops, summits, or digital offerings unless explicitly stated.

• Additional fees may apply for events outside the scope of the Pass.

3. Event Attendance

A. General Admission Tickets and Live Events

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Event dates, locations, and details are subject to change. Attendees will be notified of changes promptly.

• Renegade Motherhood LLC is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes or cancellations.

B. Release of Liability

• By attending any event hosted by Renegade Motherhood LLC, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Renegade Motherhood LLC and Jennifer Morris are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents occurring during events.

• It is the attendee’s responsibility to inform the event organizer of any special needs or limitations prior to the event.

C. Event Space Limitations

• Attendance at events may be limited due to venue capacity. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

4. Photo and Media Release

• By attending any event or participating in any membership offering, you grant Renegade Motherhood LLC and Jennifer Morris the right to capture your image, voice, and likeness through photographs, videos, or other media.

• These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or other purposes without further approval or compensation.

• If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, you must notify the event organizer in writing prior to the event.

5. Digital Products and Online Services

• All sales of digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are final.

• Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of digital content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer on Financial Claims and Advice

• Renegade Motherhood LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or business results from any event, membership, or coaching.

• All advice and materials provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

• You are solely responsible for any actions or decisions you make based on information provided by Renegade Motherhood LLC or Jennifer Morris.

7. Refund Policy

• All sales, including memberships, tickets, and digital products, are final.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be granted in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Renegade Motherhood LLC.

8. Conduct and Community Guidelines

• All participants in events, memberships, and online communities must adhere to the Renegade Motherhood code of conduct.

• Disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the event or membership without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and materials, is the intellectual property of Renegade Motherhood LLC.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renegade Motherhood LLC and Jennifer Morris are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, attendance at events, or reliance on provided information.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Any disputes arising from or related to your use of Renegade Motherhood All Access, the services provided, or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for claims that may be resolved in small claims court.

• The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in the state of Colorado unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

• The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

• Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines that a claim is frivolous or brought in bad faith.

• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Renegade Motherhood LLC on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

 

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
