Meet the Team
Jen Morris
Founder
Jen Morris has been birthing ideas, raising businesses and blazing trails for nearly two decades.
As the founder of Renegade Motherhood, she is committed to elevating, amplifying and connecting moms in business.
Jen is a natural storyteller and public speaker and is obsessed with bringing people together.
Her love of networking and connections led her to being President of two BNI chapters in NYC and Denver. In 2018, she co-founded Gather Networking, a networking organization in Denver, Colorado that grew rapidly until shutting down due to the pandemic.
After giving birth to her second child at the height of Covid and then slowly re-entering society the following year, she realized there was a huge void for networking, coaching and authentic connections for moms building businesses.
When she couldn’t find something, she decided to blaze another trail and create the community she was craving.
Over the last two years, hundreds of moms in business have attended her monthly events in Colorado and in June 2024, she launched The MotherMind Collective, a digital coaching and connection community available to moms in business throughout the US.
Jen has appeared on numerous podcasts and media outlets including Well + Good and PureWow. She is a seasoned stage and commercial actor having appeared on hundreds of stages and in multiple commercials seen throughout the country. She has taught workshops and given talks at dozens of companies and networking organizations throughout the East Coast and Colorado.
She offers private coaching to help moms in business find their voice, clarify their brand identity, create kickass offers and marketing strategies that feel f'ing good and join you as your Business Wingwoman supporting you on your journey.
Jen is also dedicated to philanthropic work and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for a local non-profit performing and creative arts education center in Colorado.
In this role she has helped the organization raise tens of thousands of dollars for scholarships and operating expenses, chaired an annual gala, led a nationwide search for an Executive Director and works closely with the ED on development strategies.
She is passionate about paying it forward as much as possible.
Jen lives in Boulder County with her husband Drew and their two daughters, little Renegades in their own right.
Kaytlin Brown
Phoenix Lead
Kaytlin Brown is the mom to a spunky 5-year-old and the owner of Asher Birth and Body in Phoenix, AZ where she serves growing families in the valley through specialty therapeutic massage and holistic birth support.
Kaytlin loves to network, enjoy the outdoors and explore the city/new restaurants.
Fallon Dudek
Community Wingwoman
Fallon is a proud mom of two with a deep passion for food, art, and nature.
Her journey began in the kitchen as a pastry chef, where she honed her creative skills. Now, Fallon has found a balance between family life and personal goals, and she brings that same energy and creativity to the Renegade Motherhood team.
She plays a vital role in supporting live events, assisting with admin tasks, and nurturing our digital community. Fallon is all about embracing the whirlwind of life and helping others do the same.
Caitlin Morris
Golden Lead
As a mom of three, Caitlin knows how far away words like ‘self-care’, ‘boundaries’ and ‘help’ can really feel. As a functional health & life coach, she’s seen the magic that happens when caregivers put themselves first, and put the support structures in place for sustainable change.
When she’s not geeking out over gut health or empowering humans, you can find Caitlin watching a movie with her family or exploring Colorado for the best pizza it has to offer.
Oh yeah and enjoying the mountains, too :)
Jenn Todling

When she's not writing, coaching or dancing, you can find her hiking the Rocky Mountains with her husband (aka dance partner) and mini-me daughter.
