I bring energy and confidence into my clients’ lives through daily support—whether in the gym or on Zoom—leading fun workouts that empower them to build a consistent, lasting fitness routine and truly show up for themselves.
About Me
I am a Strength Conditioning Coach specialized in women health, prenatal and postpartum athleticism. I am a former ICU nurse and Judo athlete (mom of 3) and I support everyday busy moms to establish their own long lasting active routine offering in-person and online group fitness classes and 1-1 sessions. I love empowering my students by bringing energy in their lives and teaching them how to integrate Pelvic Core exercises into their daily workouts.

I am on zoom or at the gym everyday to help busy moms to show up for themselves. Giorgia fitMindset is a weekly interactive building up program that lead women to establish a long lasting active routine that fullfill their own active needs.
We offer 3-4 live classes a day 6am - 8.45am - 10am - 4.30pm and more to have the flexibility to join.
